The Insightful Collective is a values-driven group practice grounded in trauma-informed care and cultural humility. We’re seeking therapists passionate about working with children, teens, and communities of color. This W-2 role offers a stable foundation, flexible caseload, and room to grow within a collaborative team.

What You’ll Receive:

  • $80 to $110 per session based on caseload
  • W-2 employee status with tax support and admin coverage
  • $1,000 annual education stipend
  • Monthly team consultation and peer support
  • Paid administrative time and staff meetings
  • Flexible schedule and autonomy in focus areas
  • Access to templates, workflows, and systems that reduce overhead
  • Supportive, collaborative practice culture

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Fully licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist)
  • Minimum of 8 sessions per week
  • Comfortable working with children and/or diverse communities
  • Organized and timely with documentation
  • Experienced or interested in working with children, teens, and BIPOC communities
  • LGBTQIA+ affirming and aligned with harm reduction principles
  • Passionate about providing culturally attuned care
  • Open to shared learning, feedback, and team collaboration
