Join a team where your clinical voice is honored and your work makes a difference. We’re especially seeking therapists who are passionate about working with children and who bring a culturally attuned, BIPOC-affirming lens to their practice.

This W-2 role offers the support of a group practice with the flexibility to shape your caseload and areas of focus. You’ll receive regular consultation, administrative support, and an annual education stipend to continue growing in your craft.

Compensation & Benefits

• Clinical compensation starts at $80 per clinical hour.
• Administrative time and required meetings are paid at $30 per hour.
• Qualified clinicians who provide clinical supervision to associate therapists are paid $50 per supervision hour.
• Paid documentation time.
• Annual educational stipend, paid out every six months.
• W-2 employment.

Clinicians who meet California requirements to provide clinical supervision may have opportunities to supervise associate therapists as The Insightful Collective continues to grow.

A supportive space for associate therapists to grow, learn, and thrive. Our program is designed for AMFTs  ASWs and APCCs who want to build strong clinical foundations while working with diverse, often underserved communities. We focus on cultural humility, trauma-informed care, and practical skills like documentation, billing, and managing a caseload.

All participants are expected to maintain a minimum of 8 clients per week. You’ll receive weekly individual supervision.

Once licensed, you’ll have the opportunity to transition into a W-2 staff therapist role within the practice.
