She specializes in supporting clients navigating identity development, intergenerational trauma, substance use, and life transitions, particularly within BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodiverse communities.

Beyond the therapy room, Lai mentors early-career clinicians through pre-licensure support and her Solo Practice Incubator program, helping therapists grow with clarity, confidence, and care. She’s also an advocate for creating inclusive, wellness-centered clinical spaces that nourish both clients and providers.

“Fall in love with healing yourself.”
