What We Offer in the Pre-Licensure Program
The Pre-Licensure Program at The Insightful Collective is a W-2 role designed for AMFTs, ASWs, and APCCs ready to deepen clinical skills in a supportive, culturally-attuned environment. You’ll gain experience with diverse communities while learning practical tools for documentation, billing, and caseload management.
Program Overview for Pre-Licensed Clinicians
What You’ll Receive
- $50 per clinical hour
- Paid time for admin duties and team meetings
- Weekly individual supervision with a licensed therapist
- Monthly group consultation
- Access to note templates, billing systems, and documentation tools
- Warm, collaborative team culture
- Option to transition into a W-2 staff therapist role upon licensure
What We’re Looking For
- Registered AMFT, ASW, or APCC in good standing with the BBS
- We strongly encourage applications from BIPOC, bilingual, bicultural, LGBTQIA+, and other historically underrepresented clinicians
- Able to see at least 8 clients per week
- Passion for culturally responsive, harm-reduction care
- Timely and organized with clinical documentation
- LGBTQIA+ affirming and grounded in trauma-informed values
- Committed to growing a sustainable therapy practice
